StackHub: Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StackHub application ("StackHub" or "Application") operated by StackHub Inc. ("StackHub Inc.", "us", or "we").

By accessing and using StackHub, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Services. We may modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time, and such modification will be effective upon posting to the Application.

Privacy

StackHub Inc. takes your privacy seriously. StackHub Inc. may automatically collect anonymous information regarding your interaction with and use of StackHub. By using the Application, you agree that StackHub Inc. may collect and use this information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Application are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Your Subscription will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. It will automatically renew at the end of the Subscription period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your Subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation of the active Subscription period is not allowed. All Subscriptions may be final and non-refundable. By accepting these terms, you agree that StackHub Inc. is not required to provide a refund for any reason.

StackHub Inc. may change, modify, or eliminate features of the Subscription at any time, with or without notice. We may change data providers due to pricing, terms of use, or other reasons, and we do not guarantee that any specific data provider will be available in the future. You agree that StackHub Inc. will bear no liability to you or any third party for such changes.

Subscription Fee Changes

StackHub Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees. Any fee change will not go into effect automatically; you must opt into the fee change to continue using the Subscription after the current Billing Cycle.

Third-Party Websites

StackHub may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by StackHub Inc. StackHub Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that StackHub Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services.

Intellectual Property

StackHub is owned and operated by StackHub Inc. The design, graphics, information, computer code (including source code), software, and all other elements of the Application provided by StackHub Inc. are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All suggestions, enhancements, feedback, recommendations, or other input provided by Users are owned by StackHub Inc., and Users assign all rights to StackHub Inc., taking reasonable steps to confirm ownership rights. User grants StackHub Inc. a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate any feedback provided for improvements.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to StackHub Inc. or its affiliates. You agree not to use, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

StackHub Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Application; (ii) any content obtained from the Application; and (iii) unauthorized access or use of your transmissions or content.

Representations and Warranties

Your use of StackHub is at your own risk. The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. StackHub Inc. does not guarantee that the Application will function without interruption or that defects will be corrected.

Termination

StackHub Inc. may terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, at any time. Upon termination, your right to use StackHub ceases. If you wish to terminate your account, simply stop using the Application.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. Please review periodically. Continued use indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
